Exporting Your Data: Reports, Formats, and What's Included

A real, and reasonable, question before trusting any software with a brokerage's operational data: can that data get back out again, in a usable format, without a support ticket? In BZLoader, load, carrier, customer, and invoice lists — along with the Margin, AR Aging, and payment reports — can all be downloaded directly from the page being viewed, as Excel or PDF, with CSV available for several of them as well. This isn't a separate "export module" tucked away somewhere; it's a button on the same list or report a broker is already looking at. Beyond bulk reports, BZLoader also has a real REST API covering loads and other core operational data — useful for a brokerage that wants programmatic access to its own data rather than a manual export, whether for a custom dashboard, a data warehouse, or a connection to another internal system. What to actually check during an evaluation, for any TMS, not just this one: try exporting a real report during the trial, not just a demo screen, and confirm the format it comes out in actually works with what a brokerage's own accounting or reporting process expects. A feature that's technically present but awkward to use in practice isn't meaningfully different from one that doesn't exist.
