What Onboarding Looks Like on Business and Enterprise Plans

Every BZLoader plan, including Starter, is built around self-service onboarding — create an account, and start posting loads the same day, without waiting on a scheduled kickoff call. That's a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature: for a small or growing brokerage, a guided multi-week rollout is often more friction than help. Business and Enterprise plans add a real point of contact on top of that self-service foundation. Business includes a dedicated success manager; Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager. In practice, that means a specific person to work with on questions that come up as a team gets going — how to structure roles and permissions for a larger team, how to think about migrating history from a legacy system, or how to get the most out of features like custom roles, API access, or white-label branding that become available at these tiers. What this is not: a rigid, mandatory multi-week implementation project with fixed milestones before a brokerage can start using the product. A Business or Enterprise team can start posting real loads immediately, the same as any other plan, and lean on their success or account manager as needed rather than on a fixed schedule. For a brokerage evaluating BZLoader specifically because of team size or complexity, the honest way to find out exactly what that relationship looks like day to day is to ask directly during a trial or sales conversation — the answer depends enough on a specific brokerage's situation that a generic page shouldn't try to promise a fixed process.
